Virtual Tablescape Design

Need help designing a dinner table for your wedding or a special occasion? With my virtual table design service, you’ll get:
A 1-hour consultation to discuss your event and its design, including the menu, budget, and theme or color scheme
A custom mood board document (see example below) containing the design details I come up with and suggested products to purchase or rent based on your needs and the design (You will purchase/rent items on your own; I do not purchase or rent on your behalf.)
A 1-hour virtual styling session in which I answer your questions and walk you through how to set up your tablescape
Full Wedding Design
Starting at $750
You have all the planning together, but you’re feeling lost in the sea of Pinterest inspiration out there and could use some help honing in on the design of your wedding.
My full virtual wedding design service includes:
an initial design consultation and follow-ups to perfect the design
a custom mood board that walks you through the color palette, inspiration, and decor suggestions for your wedding (including florals, ceremony decor, stationery, signage, linens, etc.)
and can include vendor research and coordination to help you execute the design

Hey! I’m Angela! I started working in events many years ago in the catering field (before taking a career detour and becoming a mental health therapist). I circled back around to events, and although I love designing them, I was always bothered by how wasteful they can be. So I decided to get certified in planning eco-friendly weddings. I’m hoping to be your trusted guide, sharing my knowledge of green weddings and love of design with you, as you put together and celebrate such a memorable event!

Pricing depends on the scope of service, but overall my virtual services are designed to be a little more affordable than on-site services, which typically involve site visits to venues and rental companies. However, a lot of behind-the-scenes work goes into things like researching or coordinating vendors and conceptualizing and presenting a design. Therefore, my services are priced accordingly.

No, the cost of decor will be separate for you. However, I can help you with creating a decor budget. My design fee is for my design work, which includes meetings and discussions with you, design conceptualization and research, mood board creation, and the presentation of the mood board, as well as tips to help with executing the design.

Yes! I can offer planning services, such as venue/vendor sourcing, budget creation, and timeline assistance. I can also help with specific design components, such as designing a dessert table. Although I specialize in eco-friendly events, I can also help with regular events. Feel free to reach out for custom services!
